Qualifications

• ARRT certification required within 1 year of employment.
• LRT license from Kansas Board of Healing Arts within 60 days of hire.
• CT and general radiography exams performed with documented competency.
• QA/QC of imaging equipment performed per policy.
• May assist other modalities and bedside care under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general radiography exams.
• Maintain documentation, logs, forms, and records for radiology department.
• Perform QA/QC of imaging equipment.
• Provide basic bedside care and assist in stabilization with physician/RN.
• Document services thoroughly in medical records.
• Inserting and maintaining IVs; collect lab samples per CLIA policies.
• Participate in QAPI activities and accreditation processes.
