Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a CT Technologist for a part-time days role within the radiology department. The technician will perform high-quality CT scans under radiologist guidance in a busy tertiary care setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates of AMA-approved Radiology Technology programs, registered in Texas, ARRT-certified (CT preferred), and current BLS certified. Medical City Dallas offers advanced imaging and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technology.
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Registered with the State of Texas
• Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry with in twelve months of their hire date or earlier if mandated by the State of Texas), and Texas (MRT)
• CT Certification through ARRT preferred
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Performs superior/quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring
• Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities
