Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL seeks a CT Technologist to join a collaborative radiology team. The role is per diem with a variable shift, supporting radiologists by acquiring high-quality CT images and ensuring timely transmission to PACS.

Responsibilities include maintaining image quality, assisting during procedures, and adhering to safety protocols and licensing requirements. ARRT-CT certification and state licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification required.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) on hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality CT images in collaboration with radiology team.
• Assist Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS in a timely manner.
