Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a CT Tech to perform CT examinations per physician orders using advanced CT equipment and to tailor imaging to individual patient needs for optimal results.

The role requires licensure/certification within specified timeframes and is offered on a per-diem, variable shift basis within a patient-focused, supportive Providence environment.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography upon hire or equivalent.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine upon hire.
• ARRT CT within 1 year of hire.
• CT/ Nuclear Medicine Certification Board within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• The CT Tech performs CT examinations according to physicians orders, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment and considering patient needs to produce optimal images.
• Uses knowledge and judgment regarding imaging factors, technique and patient treatment to deliver quality results.

Education
