A healthcare facility in Dallas is seeking a CT Technologist (also known as Radiologic Technologist II) to operate CT scanners and X-ray machines. Qualifications
One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
Effective CT ARRT Certification required from 07/01/2015.
Responsibilities
Prepare patients and ensure proper positioning on CT table.
Operate CT scanners and X-ray machines to obtain images.
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Assist radiologists by producing interpretable images.
Maintain quality assurance of CT and X-ray equipment.
Ensure proper infection control and hygiene protocols.
