Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Active ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist.
• Active Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License from New Jersey.
• Post-primary CT certification required.
• Practical CT experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality CT procedures at an advanced technical level with minimal supervision.
• Maintains patient safety, accurate positioning, and age-appropriate care.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and departmental imaging standards.
• Collaborates with radiologists, nurses and emergency staff for timely communication.
• Manages patient identification, pre-procedure screening and instructions.
• Occasionally assists in inventory, equipment checks, and room readiness.
