Job summary

ProMedica Memorial Hospital in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist in Radiology on a per diem basis. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient treatment decisions.

You will work with the radiologist and team, selecting appropriate technical factors based on patient age, size, weight, and health, and will administer and document contrast under physician direction while maintaining proper radiation protection.

Qualifications

  • Completed AMA approved radiologic technology training.
  • Must be ARRT CT registered; registry eligible must pass within one year of accepting the position.
  • Must be licensed by state if applicable.
  • Current CPR.

Responsibilities

  • CT Technologists make a significant difference in a patient's care at ProMedica, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging to help providers make informed treatment decisions.
  • Work with the radiologist and team to deliver high-quality care and support our patients.
  • Operate CT equipment and select proper technical factors based on age, size, weight and anatomical differences and general health status of patients.
  • Under physician direction, administer and document contrast and IV contrast, use proper radiation protection and age-appropriate immobilizers to produce high-quality CT scans.
