Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Pennsylvania is hiring a CT Technologist I. Under general supervision of the Radiologist, you will perform CT procedures to acquire digital images and assist in interventional CT procedures. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying applicants.
The role requires graduate from a specialty training program, BLS certification and ARRT certification within 12 months. You will work days, 32 hours per week, with regular status and non-exempt terms.

This posting reflects an opening for a CT Technologist I and we are seeking candidates for that position. Geisinger reserves the right to consider applicants for higher levels of this role to include CT Technologist II based on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Under general supervision of the Radiologist and the following established duties and responsibilities, performs CT procedures to acquire digital images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Plans and performs all CT procedures and post processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy and established protocols. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range in their assigned clinical area. Ensures protocols are based on guidelines and CT scanner's integration into the program that compiles dose data from each scan performed and notifies the user when a scan exceeds specific preset levels.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required)
Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body, Certified Radiology Technologist within 12 months - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
