Job summary

Invision Sally Jobe in Aurora, CO is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, assist patients, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will work 2x10 hour shifts (Mondays and Fridays) reporting to the Regional Manager of Clinical Operations.

ARRT CT certification and CPR/BLS are required, along with strong patient care skills. Annual compensation ranges from $35.00 to $51.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time; part-time eligibility applies per policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures as ordered with quality and timeliness.

• Apply radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure.
• Complete related paperwork and obtain radiologist interpretation.
• Conduct QC measures and report malfunctions to site manager.
• Maintain professional atmosphere with courteous patient interactions.
• Respond to medical emergencies including CPR.
• Assist patients with positioning on exam table and prevent falls.

CT Technologist | Aurora, CO

Reporting to Regional Manager of Clinical Operations

Employment Type: Part Time – 2x10 hour shifts (Mondays and Fridays)

Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X‑Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by providing them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures as ordered achieving a high level of quality and timeliness
• Escorts patients to a treatment room and assists with dressings as necessary
• Completes all paperwork necessary to ensure timely delivery of CT services
• Explains CT procedures to address patient concerns and questions
• Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff
• Completes related paperwork and obtains interpretation by the radiologist
• Conducts quality control measures to monitor machine performance and reports all malfunctions and/or need for adjustments to the site manager
• Focuses on customer service and users courtesy and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors to maintain a professional atmosphere
• Required to respond to a medical emergency including administering CPR
• Assists patients with positioning on the exam table and may be required to assist patients to prevent falls

Experience/Skill Requirements

• CT experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently
• Exceptional patient skills and customer service

Education Requirements

• ARRT (CT) required
• Must maintain and meet continuing education requirement as set forth by the ARRT
• CPR/BLS certified
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English

Compensation for this particular role is between $35.00 and $51.00/hr. In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will remain open until filled.

Full‑time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part‑time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro‑rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
