Summary

Performs diagnostic computed tomography (CT) procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.

Education and Experience

• Essential: 1 year experience as a CT Technologist or 1 year experience in radiology.
• Education equivalent: Technical - Radiology or Associate’s degree in Radiology.

Credentials

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ARRT Radiography
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) – relevant specialty
• Radiology – State of Florida license

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT Radiography credential
• License to practice radiology in the state of Florida
