Work Status: REGULAR FULL TIME | 72.00 Hours Every Two Weeks; Shift: Nights; Pay Rate Type: Hourly; Location: Yuma Medical Center

Salary Range: Min = $30.67; Mid = $38.34; Max = $46.01

Summary: The CT Technologist performs routine, emergent, cardiac, and interventional CT procedures adhering to department protocols on patients of all ages; practices safe radiation dosing for patients including image gently and insure all required QA is completed; maintains a clean and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergent CT examinations including obtaining and documenting pertinent patient history, explaining the procedures to the patient, answering the patient's questions, and gaining the patient's written consent.
• Execute cardiac and CT interventional procedures.
• Use safe radiation practices according to ARRA regulations and licensing restrictions while applying common sense approaches to everyday issues, such as reducing dose exposures to neonatal and adolescent patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Other duties as assigned.
