Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our radiology department. You will perform CT imaging with emphasis on patient care, safety, and teamwork in a hospital setting.

The role requires NM CT licensure (or provisional license), ARRT certification, and BLS. Shift is 12-hour nights, full-time with 0.9 FTE, in Rio Rancho, NM. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or related field.
• NM CT license or provisional license required.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical reasoning to manage CT imaging following guidelines and orders.
• Communicates with patients and staff to address concerns and ensure smooth exam flow.
• Educates patients about the scanning procedure and answers questions.
• Performs safety checks and validates exam reasons with the patient prior to scanning.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and resource use.
• Other clinic duties as assigned.
