Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging with a focus on patient safety and image quality. The role requires operating imaging equipment, communicating with patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Education includes graduating from an accredited Imaging Program, with ARRT registry or registry eligibility and BLS within 30 days of hire. State licensure may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and completed required clinical hours.
• ARRT registry or registry eligible; ARRT registry within 6 months of hire.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and high-quality images.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
• Maintain proficiency with radiographic imaging equipment and follow instructions.
