Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist (Nights) to perform diagnostic CT imaging on adult and pediatric patients. You will prepare patients and equipment, execute studies independently, and ensure high-quality images for diagnosis.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or equivalency, RTT(R) and/or CT certification, and 2+ years of radiology experience. On-call is not required, with an overnight four-day work week included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or trade school equivalency in radiologic technology.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT.
• Preferred 2+ years of radiology or related imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced imaging procedures, including CT scans, independently and in on-call situations.
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in imaging.

Job description

This position is for a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist (Nights) responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in computed tomography (CT), on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnosis and treatment.

• Ensuring quality control and accuracy in imaging

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT
• Preferred experience of 2+ years in radiology or related imaging fields
• Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES, and specific certifications like IEMA (Illinois only)

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities like CT, MRI, or interventional procedures
• Ability to work independently and handle portable exams and on-call scenarios
• CPR and IV therapy certifications preferred
