Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied seeks a local contract CT Technologist for Hendersonville, NC. The role covers outpatient, inpatient, and ED imaging, with emphasis on CT procedures and image-guided support.

You'll work 4x10-hour day shifts (40 hours per week) over a 13-week contract starting November 2, 2026, at a Level III Trauma Center environment. ARRT CT certification and accredited radiologic training are required; PACS experience is preferred, with local pay of $70/hr.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Science program.
• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and CT imaging protocols.
• Experience reading and interpreting complex radiology orders.
• PACS experience preferred.
• Experience with point-of-care testing platforms (Abbott i-STAT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures for outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients.
• Assist with image-guided procedures, biopsies, drain placements, and other advanced CT exams.
• Review imaging orders and collaborate with radiologists as needed.
• Establish IV access and administer contrast following department protocols.
• Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety standards.
• Document and manage workflow using EPIC.
