Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT CT, ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or ARRT (R) with CT training.
• State Radiology Tech license for those working at a Kansas site.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• One year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures with emphasis on safety.
• Adheres to ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Produces quality images accurately and timely.
• Informs patients and families about procedures and supports emotional needs.
• Monitors patient and equipment; documents any unusual events.
• Performs IV starts and contrast administration as required.
