Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures under supervision, planning, executing and post-processing scans with adherence to ImageGently guidelines. Formación

• Graduate from a specialized training program (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in operating multiple CT systems, including advanced imaging techniques.
• Knowledge of pharmacology, physics, and safety guidelines related to CT imaging.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage inventory, perform quality control, and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain quality CT images with proper patient prep, positioning, immobilization, and shielding.
• Perform contrast procedures including IV access and oral contrast based on patient history.
• Conduct CT interventional procedures such as biopsies, drainages, aspirations, and ablations with sterile technique.
• Operate imaging equipment for CTA, TAVR, EVAR, and cardiac imaging, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
• Maintain safety protocols, monitor dose data, and report when preset levels are exceeded.
• Ensure equipment maintenance, sterilization, and inventory management.
• Interpret clinical histories to select protocols, optimize image quality, and minimize patient dose.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for exam planning, lab results, scheduling, and billing codes.
• Perform quality control tests and manage image data within PACS.
