East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA is seeking a CT Technologist I to operate CT equipment, acquire high-quality diagnostic images, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

You will prepare and position patients, administer contrast as ordered, collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams, and assist with interventional procedures when needed, maintaining strict imaging quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical radiologic experience required.
• 2-4 years CT technologist experience in acute care preferred.
• Licensed radiologic professional required by state.
• CT certification or eligibility within six months of hire.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures and ensures safety.
• Administers contrast as ordered and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver timely results.
• Performs quality control and assists with interventional CT procedures.
