Qualifications

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
BLS certification from American Heart Association (upon hire).
Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board (upon hire).
ARRT Radiography certification (upon hire).
ARRT Nuclear Medicine Technology certification (upon hire).
Within 1 year of hire: CT technologist credential (ARRT CT)
Within 1 year of hire: CT technologist - NM certification board credential.

Responsibilities

Performs CT examinations according to physician orders and uses imaging factors to produce optimal images.
Adapts imaging technique and patient positioning to patient needs and safety.
Contributes to a culture of patient-centered care and teamwork.
