Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT (R)(CT) Registered.
CPR certification required.
Basic knowledge or experience in other Radiology modalities.
Proven competency in intravenous contrast injections.
Responsibilities
Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
Compute and utilize proper radiation exposure factors.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Ensure patient screening is completed before scans.
Review images for quality and assist in QA as necessary.
Skills
Effective communication skills
Competency in injecting intravenous contrast agents
Basic knowledge in other modalities of Radiology
Advanced knowledge of cross-section anatomy
Education
Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology
