Job summary

Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist II to perform diagnostic CT imaging with emphasis on patient safety, precise technique, and documentation. The role requires adherence to radiation safety principles and quality control standards in a busy radiology department.

The candidate should have at least two years of CT experience, graduate from an accredited radiologic program, and hold current Florida licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Mandatory minimum of two years CT experience.
• Current Florida licensure as a Certified Radiologic Technologist and BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Exercises professional judgment in imaging procedures and maintains quality care.
• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful procedures.
• Complies with state and federal regulations applicable to each modality.
• Adheres to Orlando Health mission statements and strategic imperatives.
• Assesses patient condition and age-specific needs; provides clear instructions for cooperation.
