Job summary

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art facility serving Atlanta and surrounding communities. We operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic films for neonate through geriatric patients and perform high-level CT functions, including invasive procedures or CTA coronary studies.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, registered CT Technologists (ARRT or NMTCB), with CPR certification and strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered CT Technologist from ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
• At least 2 years' experience as a registered CT Technologist.
• Basic knowledge of crosssectional anatomy.
• Ability to insert intravenous catheter.
• Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with various types of patients, visitors, physicians and other personnel.
• Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Performs high-level CT functions, including at least one of the following: invasive procedures and/or CTA coronary studies.
