Job summary

Chestnut Hill Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist I for a part-time role with on-call coverage. The position features rotating shifts and involves 24 weekly hours, requiring strong CT imaging skills and safety awareness.

The ideal candidate will hold an AMA approved radiology program credential, a current BLS, and either a CT or radiologic technologist license. Prior related experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• AMA approved radiology program completion required.
• BLS certification required.
• R CT or R registration required.
• General experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The CT Technologist performs CT imaging according to established protocol to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by the physician. They must demonstrate an understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. One must maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety. Preparation and administration of contrast media is performed in accordance with hospital policy. The use of critical thinking, professional and ethical judgment is to be demonstrated in the quality of care delivered.

Education

• Non-Degree Program Completion of an AMA approved radiology program Required
