Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT(R).
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• ARRT(R) Radiography (RT) and CT registrations required or obtained within 9 months.
• California CRT and Fluoroscopy certificates required.
• Venipuncture certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT exams.
• Ensure patient safety, contrast administration protocols, and radiation dose optimization.
• Maintain equipment and follow department imaging protocols.
• Participate in survey readiness and support inspection/accreditation activities.
• Develop efficiency in scanning and workflow.
• Demonstrate and maintain competency in all equipment and procedures.
