Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a CT Technologist I to join our Imaging Services team in Bloomington, IL. You will perform CT exams under the supervision of radiologists, deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging, and ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.

Under ALARA guidelines and regulatory requirements, you will maintain safety, accuracy, and efficient workflow while documenting procedures and collaborating with clinicians to support excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited school of Radiology.
• Current Radiology license/registration (IEMA) and ARRT registration.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Expected pay for this position is $33.85 - $44.31/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

This is an Hourly position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist I provides patient centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures with minimal supervision, at a technical level. The CT Technologist administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• -Graduate of JRCERT accredited school of Radiology.

Licensure/ Certification:

• - Radiology License Radiology Registration IEMA license in Radiography,
• - Radiation Therapy or Nuclear Medicine Radiology Registration from American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• - Registry American Heart Association (BLS)

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
