Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, obtain patient history, and explain procedures. You will operate CT equipment, ensure image quality, and maintain PACS documentation within a fast-paced outpatient radiology setting.

The role requires ARRT CT registration and CPR certification, with a focus on safety, patient care, and collaboration with radiologists and staff. This is a full-time position in a leading imaging practice.

Qualifications

• Requires registration as a Certified Radiologic and Computerized Tomography Technologist by the State.
• Requires registration as an RT and CT Technologist by the ARRT.
• CPR certification is required by SimonMed Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures with supervision as needed.
• Obtains patient history and explains standard procedures.
• Produces CT radiographs per departmental procedures.
• Applies ionizing radiation to detect pathology.
• Regulates equipment and documents PACS imaging.
• Operates equipment safely and maintains SimonMed standards.
• Establishes professional rapport with staff and patients.
