Qualifications

• ARRT registry eligible technologist must obtain ARRT registry within 6 months of hire date.
• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or CNMT program.
• CNMT registry and ARRT/CT certifications required or pursued per policy.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures using established scan protocols and contrast administration.
• Utilizes RIS/ISITE for archiving, interpretation, and accurate coding of exams.
• Explains procedures to patients and ensures patient safety and comfort.
• Identifies patients using two identifiers and adheres to universal protocol.
