Job summary

Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking a CT Radiology Technologist to perform computerized tomographic radiologic procedures and related duties on patients during night shifts. The role may also include general diagnostic radiology examinations as needed.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT CT registry (advanced) or registry eligibility and commits to obtaining registry within 12 months, maintains continuing education hours, and holds BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ARRT registration with CT advanced registry (or registry eligible).
• Registry must be obtained within 12 months if eligible.
• Failure to obtain registry within the designated time-frame will result in termination.
• Maintain required hours of continued education.
• Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS) required.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) (or registry eligible).
• If registry eligible, registry must be obtained within 12 months of date of hire.
• Failure to obtain registry within the designated time-frame will result in termination of the Rad Tech- CT position.
• Must maintain the required hours of continued education.
• Healthcare Provider certification required (BCLS).
