Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts to support our diagnostic imaging team. You will operate CT equipment, work with RIS, PACS, and ensure high-quality imaging under radiologist supervision.

The role requires NY State Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT CT certification (or completion of case requirements with certification within 6 months), and an NYS license to inject contrast.

Qualifications

• New York State Radiologic Technologist License from Department of Health.
• ARRT / Computed Tomography Certification is required.
• If CT certification is not held, must have completed case requirements and obtain CT certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• New York State license to inject contrast.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and apply knowledge of RIS, PACS, and data transfer under radiologist supervision.
• Maintain high quality imaging and support a world-class clinical team.
• Contribute to timely diagnosis of complex cases.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will operate CT equipment and apply your knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes, under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor. While this is a technical position with no supervisory responsibility, you will play a critical role in maintaining our premier level of quality, in support of a world-class clinical team. Join us. This position will work Monday-Friday 12:00am-8:00am, with rotating weekends and assigned holidays.

PreferredCriteria

• Prior CT experience in a hospital setting

Required Criteria

• New York State Radiologic Technologist License from Department of Health
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) / Computed Tomography Certifications
