Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian in New York, NY is seeking a Certified CT Technologist to join the Diagnostic Imaging team. You will perform CT exams using advanced imaging tech, RIS, PACS, and manage data under Radiologist supervision.

Full-time day shift covering CT, X-ray, and portable imaging across ED and ICU. Requirements include NYS Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT CT or NMTCB CT, BLS, and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current NYS Radiologic Technologist license.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification.
• ARRT CT or NMTCB CT certification or eligibility.
• NY State Certification for intravascular contrast media or eligibility within 6 months.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS and modality-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations using advanced imaging technology.
• Cover CT, X-ray and portable imaging across ED and ICU during day shift.
• Operate RIS, PACS and data management tools under Radiologist supervision.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and departmental leaders to ensure timely imaging.
