Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will perform CT scans with precision, position patients safely, and ensure comfort during procedures.

You will collaborate with nurses and physicians, maintain accurate records, follow radiation safety protocols, and participate in continuous quality improvement. ARRT CT certification and BLS required.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Experience as CT Technologist in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each exam.
• Operate CT equipment efficiently to obtain diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
• Collaborate with technologists, nurses, and physicians to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures per facility protocols.
• Practice radiation safety and infection control according to regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot imaging equipment and report issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
