Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure as required by profession.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification upon hire.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification upon hire.
• ARRT CT certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• The CT Tech performs CT examinations according to physicians orders, using CT equipment to produce optimal images.
• Considers patient age-related needs and imaging factors to ensure quality imaging outcomes.

Education

Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire.

National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire.

National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within 1 year of hire.
