Job summary

Strategis Consulting in Georgia is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT and radiology exams in accordance with guidelines, coordinating with medical staff and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting; responsibilities include patient prep, safety, and documentation, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current BLS CPR and ARRT registration; able to meet Georgia, TJC and Federal requirements.
• CT registration or supervision by a registered CT technologist as of Jan 1, 2008.
• Six months to one year of CT/radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiology exams according to guidelines and safety standards.
• Coordinate with medical staff and departments to schedule and execute exams.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety during imaging.
• Maintain accurate patient records, charges, and progress notes.
• Assist in equipment needs, quality control, and interfacility report handling.
• Act as a preceptor for new team members and participate in ongoing education.
