Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Radiology Technician to perform computerized tomographic procedures following radiologists' protocols, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

You will prepare patients, administer contrast media within regulations, monitor during procedures, and contribute to cross-training opportunities; ARRT-R or equivalent credentials and BLS are required; no prior experience needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy program.
• Valid ARRT-R or equivalent credentials, BLS Healthcare Provider, and state-specific licensure or certification requirements.
• No prior experience required; cross-training opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, position patients, and select appropriate technical parameters.
• Administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice and regulations.
• Monitor patients during procedures, observe for abnormalities, and report findings.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform at least 3 procedures such as biopsy, TAVR, coronary, or ablation as needed.
• Assist in various advanced imaging procedures, with cross-training available.
