Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
• ARRT certification in Radiography or CT required
• CA Radiologic Technologist license required
• CT certification preferred in CA; required in OR/HI
• BLS certification required
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA/OR
• Venipuncture certification preferred
• ARRT-RT or ARRT-CT required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients from adolescence through geriatric.
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Use PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment; manage supply inventory.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
