Zusammenfassung

Tenet Healthcare in Florida is seeking a qualified CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT studies in accordance with established protocols and ALARA principles. You will prepare rooms, operate CT equipment, document in Cerner and PACS, and assist patients with their needs.

Rotation on the call schedule is required. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT CT certification, Florida license (HRS), and at least one year of CT/radiography experience

Job Shift: Evenings

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $20,00 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The CT Tech operates CT equipment to perform a variety of imaging studies as indicated by established protocols and manufacturer specifications. Obtains optimum diagnostic CT imaging following ALARA principals. Prepares rooms, supplies and equipment for patient usage. Prepares timely documentation in Cerner and PACS. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of requested imaging studies. Rotates call schedule as needed. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technologists

Licenses, Certifications:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Licensed Radiologic Technologists, State of Florida (HRS)
• ARRT CT certification
• Current CPR (BCLS) certification

Minimum Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technologist with ARRT CT certification.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting performing CT and radiography imaging procedures.
