Job summary

Roshal Health in Austin, TX is seeking a CT Technologist for PRN opportunities. You will perform CT examinations, manage patient care during procedures, and use portable X-ray equipment in an ER environment.

The role supports quality imaging with a focus on patient comfort and safety. Ideal candidates have ARRT/RT CT credentials, state licensure, and BLS/CPR certification, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-graduation.
• RT(R), CT, ARRRT certification required where applicable.
• State licensure as required by state law.
• BLS/CPR certification upheld.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT examinations and procedures, including contrast use.
• Manage patients during complex imaging procedures.
• Operate portable X-ray and related imaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Communicate with patients compassionately and professionally.
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness; ensure safety protocols.
