Job summary

Adventist Health Columbia Gorge seeks a CT technologist to operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation in The Dalles, OR. The role includes general radiography and fluoroscopy with teleradiology workflow.

Requires ARRT-CT certification and BLS, with preferred CT fluoroscopy license and advanced CT credentials. Per AH policy, HIPAA compliance and accurate recordkeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license preferred in CA and OR.
• Venipuncture certification preferred in CA and OR.
• ARRT-CT certification required; Basic Life Support required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Uses PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images to the appropriate location.
• Maintains accurate records, files and billing information and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
