Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
• Knowledge of imaging process, filing/reporting systems, and hospital policies.
• Experience with sectional imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in obtaining patient records.
• Correctly identify records and images.
• Maintain equipment; report any equipment failures.
• Load and process film.
• Stay updated on imaging methods via study and CE.
• Respond appropriately in emergencies.
• Non-essential functions: other duties as assigned.
