Job summary

Concord Imaging Center in Concord, MA seeks a CT Technologist to operate a Canon CT system, producing diagnostic CT images for patients of all ages. The role emphasizes radiation safety, dose optimization, and accurate documentation in a busy diagnostic imaging unit.

The position requires Massachusetts licensure, BLS, and ARRT CT registration; two years of CT experience is preferred. Schedule features four 9-hour shifts weekly with some weekend/holiday call as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or required diploma.
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist license.
• Current BLS healthcare provider certification.
• Advanced ARRT CT registration preferred.
• Two or more years of CT Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce CT images that support diagnosis of disease and injury.
• Follow federal, state, and departmental radiation-control requirements.
• Apply dose-optimization and safe operating procedures, including Image Wisely and Image Gently concepts.
• Document patient medical information accurately and follow patient-identification protocols.
• Support CT service procedures, equipment evaluation, staff onboarding, and student training as needed.
• Maintain professional communication, patient privacy, performance standards, and required competencies.
