Clearview Cancer Institute in north Alabama is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and administer contrast for diagnostic imaging in a busy oncology/hematology clinic.
Responsibilities include preparing patients, assisting radiologists, starting IVs, ensuring image quality, scheduling procedures, and maintaining records while upholding HIPAA and patient safety standards. ARRT radiology/CT certification and BCLS are required, with 2+ years CT experience preferred.

Job Purpose The purpose of the CT Technologist is to take CT scans or administer nonradioactive materials into patient’s blood stream for diagnostic purposes. This includes technologists who are specialized in other scanning modalities.
This position works in a busy oncology/hematology clinic. This person will have direct patient contact, including some patients who are very ill.
This position requires that the employee be able to stand for long periods of time, up to eight hours a day. This position also requires that the employee be able to lift and assist patients as needed.
This position is not a supervisory position.
