At Barnes Jewish Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced technology available in the market. This position will rotate at our new Plaza West Tower, scheduled to open in Oct 2025, which includes a fleet of the world's first photon-counting CT scanners. We welcome new grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Radiology/CT Technologists to apply.

*** Willing to train an already licensed Technologist in CT! Acceptable licenses and certifications are listed below.***

Position Details:
  • REQUIRED: License or certification in RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
  • Schedule: Days, 4-10's, 7am-5:30pm
  • No Call!
  • 5% Differential on top of base rate for CT certification
  • Relocation Bonus Eligibility
  • $5000 Sign-On Bonus
Overview

Imagine working with the most advanced film-less imaging equipment, learning the latest multi-slice CT techniques, or collaborating with St. Louis' seasoned surgical team using cutting-edge diagnostic tools. Our radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the U.S., performing over 453,000 diagnostic examinations annually.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose: Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (such as CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis or treatment, including quality control.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares patients and equipment for procedures.
  2. Performs studies independently, including on-call situations, portable exams, and other site-specific tasks.
Minimum Requirements

Education: Associate degree or Trade School equivalent

Experience: No experience required

Supervisor Experience: No experience required

Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES

Preferred Requirements

Experience: Less than 2 years

Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Intravenous Therapy
