Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist to perform a range of CT procedures and support accurate coding in the Radiology Information System. The role includes on-call coverage and adherence to radiation safety policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program. Knowledge of Cross Sectional Anatomy and Pathology required.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered as a Radiographer by ARRT. Valid Ohio Radiological License required. CT registry preferred.
• Experience: Prior CT experience preferred. Maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of CT procedures consistent with optimal image quality.
• Enter online charges in RIS and ensure accuracy per Administrative Policy.
• Participates in On-Call coverage as applicable.
• Follow Radiation Safety guidelines per Mount Carmel policy.

Education

Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program

ARRT-Registered Radiographer

Ohio Radiological License

CT registry preferred
