Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a part-time CT Scan Technologist to perform CAT Scan examinations, including angiography, and to work within a team ensuring best patient care. The role emphasizes imaging technique selection, radiation safety, and coordination with radiologists and care teams.

The position requires ARRT CT Registry (preferred) and a radiologic technology program graduate, with at least 1 year of CAT Scan experience; licensure as a Radiographer is required, with licensure

Qualifications

• ARRT CT Registry preferred; must be graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 1 year of CAT Scan Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAT Scan examinations including angiography.
• Select appropriate software/hardware and imaging techniques as part of a cohesive team.
• Maintain radiation safety and infection control per department and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, perform IV CT contrast, and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Review examinations for technical accuracy, present completed exams to radiologist, and communicate data to care team.
