Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) CT Technologists perform high quality CT examinations across all patient ages using state-of-the-art CT equipment. The role supports physician interpretation and works closely with care teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.

Positions are on-site, PRN/part-time with 4 scheduled hours per shift, requiring ARRT CT registration within 1 year and SC licensure, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• SC Radiation Quality Standards Association licensure required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED required.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of modality-specific work experience; at least 1 year of X-Ray experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CT resources to perform high quality CT examinations for all ages.
• Assist in providing data for physician interpretation and collaborate with care teams.

Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
