Job summary

Provo Providence Covenant Health in Texas seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT scan procedures under supervision to support diagnosis and treatment. You will work within the Imaging Services team at Covenant Medical Center, primarily night shifts, ensuring patient safety while delivering high-quality imaging.

The role requires AMA approved Radiology Technology training, Texas licensure, BLS, ARRT licensure, and preferred CT/Nuclear Medicine credentials with experience.

Qualifications

• AMA approved School of Radiology Technology coursework/training required.
• Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association required upon hire.
• ARRT Registered Technologist radiography required upon hire.
• CT/Nuclear Medicine Certification Board preferred.
• ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year radiologic technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan procedures to aid diagnosis and treatment under supervision.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Under the direct supervision of the CT Supervisor and the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services, performs CT Scan procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Satisfactory completion of an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology.
• Upon hire: Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Preferred Qualifications

• Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
• Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
