HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a PRN role. The position supports cross-training in CT, joining a compassionate radiology team near Jacksonville, with a schedule that includes Friday–Sunday night shifts.

The hospital emphasizes patient-centered care and adherence to established imaging protocols. Candidates should have ARRT licensure, an accredited radiologic technology program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technologist program with a certificate, associate, or bachelor degree.
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT (R) Florida General Radiographer License is required.
• ARRT (CT) must be obtained within 12 months of start date and CT training completed.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Performs all imaging procedures per established protocols and guidelines.
• Maintains imaging equipment and reports malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Protects patient rights, confidentiality, and safety throughout imaging processes.
• Operates CT equipment and assists in daily radiology department operations.
