University Health is seeking a CT Technologist for the Imaging department at UH Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. This PRN, part-time role involves contributing to high-quality CT imaging, patient care, and cross-training in X-ray within a fast-paced hospital setting.

The position requires ARRT certification (R and CT), an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology Program graduate, and BCLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered in good standing with ARRT.
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification upon hire.
• Able to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures regularly.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging in accordance with UH protocols and ARRT standards.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, Imaging Supervisors, and Lead Technologists to optimize workflow.
• Support cross-coverage across CT departments and assist with patient flow and scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with ACR accreditation guidelines and radiation safety standards.
