Job summary

CT Technologist / Cat Scan / ComputedTomography position for a healthcare facility near Baltimore, MD. Local candidates preferred as there is no relocation assistance. Work days 7a-7p. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Performs CT procedures with prescribed techniques and emphasizes patient and staff safety. Provides quality service and assists daily department operations while maintaining high professional standards and compliance with ARRT and Maryland certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years college).
• Requires knowledge of a specialized field.
• 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs Cat Scan procedures at a safe and experienced level without direct supervision.
• Provides excellent customer support by providing the best service possible.
• Provides assistance to the department with respect to daily operations.
• Performs Cat Scan procedures using prescribed techniques.
• Performs all job tasks with a focus on safety for the patient, co-workers, and self.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years college)
• Requires knowledge of a specialized field
• 1-3 years of experience
• American Heart Association CPR Certification
• ARRT Registered
• Maryland Certified Medical Radiation Technologist. Advanced level CT Certification.
