Job summary

The successful candidate will operate power injectors, monitor equipment, and ensure diagnostic-quality images in line with department protocols while upholding patient safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a program in Radiologic Technology as accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Computed Tomography Technologist - NMTCB.
• 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of technical and patient care procedures utilizing a multi-slide CT scanner on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patients.
• Utilizes power injectors and monitoring equipment.
• Produces radiographic diagnostic quality for examinations as prescribed by department protocols.
• Maintains safety and adheres to radiation protection standards.
